so Ronnie is about 5'11 293 contest, and Ruhl is what? about 5'10 or so and 285 contest? i guess i havent seen too many off season pics of ronnie because ruhl looks a shitload bigger, even so i think that ruhl could come in at about 310 or so shredded

if you watch the clip, markus isn't even pushing the weight in the leg press... hes grunting and grimacing and putting on a very good show for the camera, but if you look closely you can see that there is someone on the far side of the legsled doing all the work...

2. i don't know about you but i squat and leg press...both make me puke/borderline pass out
3. you don't even know the context of the scene...that could be his last exercise of his leg workout....he could squat right after that...if he can after a grueling leg press session

Rühl is bigger,heavier then coleman yes, Rühl is the heaviest IFBB Pro of the moment I think wich doesnt change a thing about Ronnie still being the king ofcourse

I am being sent a review copy of the video so I will post an opinion on it when it arrives. I am told it is on english
