New Longterm goals for Knight

Ive decided to set some new longterm goals

January 2005

Bodyweight 210 @ <8% BF ( mostly for lacrosse )

Squat 550+

Deadlift 600+

Flat Bench 400+

Power Clean 365+

I need to be super lean to help with speed and agility, but at the same time be freaky strong. I do not want to be below 6%, need some fat for protection.

I am going to print this out and post it on my walls and ceiling so i can look at it all day and when i wake up ad go to bed...
 
you got the fuckin drive and strength to get that shit brutha!! post that shit on the wall or better yet...burn those numbers into your head...that's what i do!! tb
