Ive decided to set some new longterm goals
January 2005
Bodyweight 210 @ <8% BF ( mostly for lacrosse )
Squat 550+
Deadlift 600+
Flat Bench 400+
Power Clean 365+
I need to be super lean to help with speed and agility, but at the same time be freaky strong. I do not want to be below 6%, need some fat for protection.
I am going to print this out and post it on my walls and ceiling so i can look at it all day and when i wake up ad go to bed...
