I went from a job were i sat on my ass all day , to a job that requires physical labor and i sweat my ass off all day.
I been making good progress with my 5x5 routine , it my 4th week into it. (also been off gear for 4 months now)
And now with the new job I have no nergy at the gym, I feel like Im back to week one of my 5x5 , just feel week
I also just recived my amplify02 and lipoflame so im gona start that and see if it helps.
What should i do , reduce the intensity of my workout, or just grit my teeth and hope my body adjusts?
I felt real discourage at the gym today
