I must say though looking at your buddy does not make we want to rush off and inject. If he has been doing it for years then it seems that all the gains you make by injecting you lose! think i might just take orals after seeing him lol

I inject on the exact side of my quad, but the same place between my hip and knee.

I have been doing it like this for a very long time now, I notice your pic shows it going in closer to the front of the quad. Is it better to do it like the pic shows.

It makes no difference as long as you inject in a large muscle group in the mid thigh. Your spot is as good as the one in the pic.
