New home work out equipment.

Well after working out for a year and tearing up my shoulder I went and bought my own equipment. Tired of
paying for the gym fees, and thought I would see how
many of the members have there own equipment.

I have stayed with free weights and it is cheaper than paying for real all the gimmicks that are out there.

How about it? How many do have there own equipment.

What kind of equipment?

I have to use a gym, but I had the room and money for a squat rack, bench press, dumb bells and the weights that would be kool.

I tried it for a while but:
I was always getting interupted (phone,wife,kid etc)
The garage thing sucked. Freeze in winter, sweat to death in summer.
No one to learn from by watching. This is how I learn new movements.
I needed the motivation I got by getting dressed and driving to the gym

Must go to gym ! I have a punching bag at home(wife) but I never get the same pump as at the gym!Oh I was j/k about the wife thing. To much going on at home with kid and such.

Being a pwrlifter I can't go the commercial route...they tend to frown on "my type". I have a fully functional home gym.
