I don't have a lot of room at home so I've been using The stretch and press portable gym. It's doing it's job in keeping me in shape but how do I develop my forearms with it.

Thanks in advance

Thank for the responds I use weights with it definitely. But my question is how do you develop your forearms?
The easiest for me was to take a 20lb weight "plate" (aprox) and tie a rope thru it, hold the rope in your fist and curl your wrist, like curling for bicep but curl rist for fore Arm. It burns like a basterd and thats when it's working bro !
Good luck pupum up !

need to do wrist flexion/extension ex, grip strengthening, and dumbell curls with forearm in neutral with relation to pronation/supination to target brachioradialis

thanks to all I can feel my forearms burning now

pretty much any exercise that you do, especially liftin heavy, targets the forearms to a certain extent. That's why bodybuilders, who don't even work out their forearms, sometimes have incredible forearms...

your right because now that I'm aware of my forearms being used and after the forearm curl motion I see them in all my exercises and feel the soreness.
