New here, please help

Whats up everyone, Im new to the site and hope you guys can help me out.

I've been lifting for about 4 years now and did it pretty much naturaly with a high protien died and a few mild things like NO2 and creatine. I went from 135lkbs to 180.

Im ready to take the next step and go with HGH. After all the research i want to go with Jintroupin.

What is the corect volume to start with?

Any input will be appriciated.

there is def some info on daily doses and such all over the board if you look around. but you might want to edit your thread, and take out the link. it may put "unwanted" traffic thru that site.
 
What makes you want to take GH?? How old you are is important, because it may not even do you any good if your at a certian age and if you are below this age it could do you more harm than good. How about some more information, like your stats, goals, etc.

Im 25 and looking to shed some belly fat and gain more lean muscle.
 
check out the top of the board and read where it says "newbies read before posting. you'll get more information out of that than you'll get out of us within the next 30 mins. i promise you.

Problem solved......DIET and at your age your really dont need HGH, plus if you did start HGH it takes a good bit of time for its effects to start and needs to be run for extended amounts of time to gain the most benefits.

I would not recommend GH to you bro. A test only stack would do you good. You can maintain and gain lean mass when shedding fat with a test only stack quite well.
