Hey guys im 20 years old been into body building since i was 15, reached a couple goals in that time all by natural body building with no supplements at all just from a healthy clean diet with decent work out routines given to me from a personal instructor which i used to get gym lessons from quite some time ago.
Anyways i recently had a shoulder problem from playing rugby which has just got better and i've started lifting again, but this time im starting to take supplements as i want to acheive some what higher end goals shall i say. My goals are to reach 100kgs of a half clean bulk taking supplements such as protein shakes creatine and a decent brand of dbol or anavar tablet (dread needles). btw atm im 77 kgs with 6%body fat.
