well i am sure most you heard about fitnessboard. anyhow that is where i am from and i have learned a lot over there. too much drama there though. seemed like a soap opera at times. anyways i am in search of a new and better home and that is why i came here. i've been reading some of the posts and stickys and this place seems a lot better than some other boards. hoping to learn a lot more here and share any knowledge i may have.
