My name is Meghan and my husband referred me here. I had a baby 2 years ago an was 186lbs when I got pregnant. 246lbs when I left the hospital. I am 5'5" so that's not a great weight to be. However, I am not down to 161. I got down to 147 two months ago and had almost hit my goal of 100lbs lost but screwed up and started eating unhealthy again. I did all of that with the 6 week body makeover diet and Jillian Michaels DVDs. I started back up again and realized I can lose the weight with Jillian Michaels to get down to my ideal weight but will that tone me? I just need some help. Thanks.

Stats: 5'5", 161lbs, I don't know my body fat. Measurements: arms 12 1/2", naval 38", hips 41 1/2", thighs 23 1/2", calves 15 1/2" (with definition :)) below my boobs 33" ( can't see my ribs), bust 38 1/2".

If the the jillian workout thing is working dont stop. How old are you. To accellerate weight loss add in some fasted cardio in the morning 3-5 days per week, this will help for sure. Just run, jog, walk ect... for 30-45min. What is your diet? Needtobuildmuscle.com has some sweet supplements to help you reach your goals. Once we know your diet we can help more. You can lose a bunch more fat with just diet and exercise. After that we can add some supps to help you get ur sexy back.
 
Also about my diet.... We typically have fresh fruits and veggies. Deer meat, chicken, or fish. Not a lot of carbs but if we do it's healthy like brown rice or squash. We usually don't use salt or butter on anything but I am a freak about sauces, I don't like dry meat. We tend to eat unhealthy on the weekends and do wings and fries or pizza. It's bad. Like I said I have eaten like crap for the past two months. We do drink. Beer and wine.

I try to use myfitnesspal.com to track my eating and it usually helps me stay on track of 1200 calories per day but I haven't done anything lately and I want to punch myself for gaining weight back.

I really want to be toned like no ones business, have a six pack and muscular arms with definition.

Oh no. I don't want to be 100lbs. I would like to be at 135-140lbs. I was saying I almost hit my goal of LOSING 100lbs total. I agree way too small for my height!!

Your diet doesnt seem too bad. Just cut out the weekend booze and pizza for a few months or if you wanna drink ditch any bad food while drinking. Try to cut out all processed foods. For carbs eat squash, sweet potatoes, greenbeans,cucumbers, and lots of broccoli. Eat tons of protein.

PM dylangemelli if you want a sweet ass diet,workout and supps. The dude is legit.

Losing all of that baby weight in 6 weeks is amazing.
Looks like you had the drive, but lost it.

I dont want to get into your personal life, but try and figure out what was going on when you fell off the fitness wagon.

Fish is right about the cheat days.

Ask the husband if he can help and not have pizza,wings as often. This will help with temptation.

Lol I guess I didn't clarify. It totally took two years to lose 99lbs not 6 weeks. Sorry y'all I am still new at all this.

I followed the 6 week body makeover diet for a long time. I didn't lose that much in 6 weeks. That would be extreme. I don't want y'all not believing anything I say. So just wanted to clarify.

And the hubby is actively body building and has been way harder than me for a long long time. I feel like a retard with him sometimes bc I don't know anything.

It is me that suggests pizza or wings or whatever and he just agrees bc he can cheat and not fall off the wagon like I do for two to three months at time.
 
Lol, you typed it correctly, I read incorrectly.

Using the same workout so long isn't good. Your body adapts to that workout and it becomed less effective.
6 months MAX for a specific workout plan. Then switch it up.
