I just moved into college and none of the "gyms" which are actually fitness centers have a squat rack or a power rack. I'm going to try to find out where the football team lifts because this is fucking bullshit. If that doesn't work I'll just find a real gym in town and pay membership.
Until then, what the fuck should I do for my squat? Of course there is no reverse-hyper, glute-ham raise, or even hyperextension benches. Also there isn't a single fucking platform on campus to do deadlifts on.
