I've been looking to move past my plateau. I've been reading a lot of the posts today and it's all a little overwhelming. Rest assured that I am not asking for sources but just trying to figure out if this is even the best thing for me as an athlete.
I am not a bodybuilder nor am I a professional athlete. But I love to compete in sporting activities. I've always felt as though I could improve myself but lately it seems that my strength and speed have not progressed despite my continued efforts. I know I still have an edge on the guys I compete with but my own pride isn't handling this leveling out.
Needless to say I am not looking to bulk up as much as I am looking to gain strength. I certainly don't mind gaining some pounds but I've been seeing this Winstrol? come up and the results people talk about are similar to what I'm looking for - maybe?! That's why I need some help from experts.
If there is anyone who can testify for a method that enhanced athletic performance I would be curious to hear from them.
Thanks.

diet and routine

As far as my diet goes, I've been keeping in the range of 2000-2500 cals. per day. Anything more than that for a significant amount of time I begin to gain weight and notice it around my mid-section. That's when I start losing a little quickness and I realize it's my food intake. I haven't kept track of anything but calories. Again, maybe you all can give me suggestions on what to concentrate in as far as my diet goes.
I workout 6-7 days a week. It's usually 6 days with Sunday off. I do weight training every morning for about 45 minutes. I do cardio after work for an hour or longer (unless I'm playing hoops or rugby).
I'm sitting at 5'10 180 and it's been there for about 6 months to a year. I'm really not sure on my speed because I haven't timed myself but I can tell I'm just not moving as quick. My single rep bench press has been 310-315 for the last six months. Squats - I'm not sure because I've never maxed but my works have been about 220 for about 10 months.
I'm not sure if I covered everything you wanted but if you want any other info let me know.
