What's up fellas just want to get some advice from some people who know what their talking about. I'm 6foot 200lbs and considering using test 400. I consume between three and four thousand calories a day and have been traing since i was 16, I am 22 now. Will test 400 be enough in itself to see noticable gains or is it a waste of money to do it by itself. Also what are recommended dosages if I were to take it alone. Thanks alot I really need some help getting stared.
 
Test 400 in most peoples opinion is not worth taking due to the extreme pain associated with it. You would be much better off getting some sust and running it at around 500mg every week. If you are dead set on T-400 it will be o.k. to run it at 400mg once a week. It however is supposedly a bit underdosed so you may want to take a bit more than 1cc. I will be interested to see your responce after your first shot. I took 2 shots of it once and threw the rest away. The pain was simply not worth it. Do a search on it and you will see everyones else opinion on it as well.

Thanks for the suggestion about t 400, I appreciate it. My training partner is on it by itself and he warns me about the golf ball size welts he gets on his ass. However his gains in strength are incredible, as well it seemed to cut him up. I paln on starting w/ in the next week and I will let you know about the results and (pain,haha).
 
Good luck and try to dilute it with something like Eq or some vitamin B-12. This will help take the edge off the pain.
