New Guy with ?'s

Hello, I have read through many of these posts & have found a very large amount of helpful information, however I still have some questions. First off, I am about 6'0", 170lbs, & my goals are to gain about 8-15lbs of muscle with-in a 8 week cycle. I would like to do this & stay under $500. I would like these to be permanent gains, & I do not want to grow tits(gyno?). Any Suggestions? Also I'm a bit wary of injecting myself, I am afraid of hitting a nerve or vain, is there any sites that give good info on injections? The cycle I am thinking about doing is Sustanon, about 400 mg's a week for 8 weeks, & D-Bol, but I read I should only take D-Bol for 4 weeks before taking an off period, so should I take about 35mg's of it for the first four weeks, & then switch to something else to stack the sustanon with? If so, which other product should I use? I also read I should take Clomid after my cycle, should I begin taking it the day I stop my cycle, or wait a day/week? I am also unsure about Nolvadex, but I read it will stop me from getting gyno, is that correct? Would I want to take Nolvadex only if I have symptoms of gyno, or would I take it no matter what as just a precaution? What symptoms will I feel if I am getting gyno (itchy nipples, etc.,)? If that is all the case, how much Nolvadex should I take, & for how long to prevent the problem? Thank you very much for taking the time to read this message!

first of all being 6' and 170 and with goals to put on 8-15lbs i suggest skipping a cycle. You need to start eating and hit the gym harder you should be able to put that on easy. Plus the questions you have asked can be found easily which means you have not read that much. I suggest sticking around a little longer and if you need to find a new lifting routine.

by the way what is your lifting routine? also what and how much you eating?

you need a solid foundation to build onto. no need to start early when you might have plenty of potential ahead of you.

Injections? www.spotinjections.com
Permanent gains eh? If you stop working out for long enough your muscles will eventually atrophy.
If your taking test of dball
To avoid gyno, arimidex through whole cycle .5mg eod.
Do some research on Deca and Fina using the search button, you will find tons of info on older posts.

Do more research on cycle!

Yes I would agree with this also but if you have to.....

For my normal workouts I use a bowflex 4 days a week working all muscle groups for 60-90 minutes, & I run 2 days a week, about 2 miles each day, & I take one day off a week. I have been doing this routine for about 14 months with very minimal gains. I eat 3 meals a day, & drink 3 high protein shakes a day, along with an occasional powerbar. My total protein intake is on average of about 235 grams a day. For my normal meals, I eat eggs(poached), sandwiches loaded with meat, spaghetti, lobster, fish, & clams. Very rarely I will go outside that.

You didnt get complete results within 6 weeks, at only 30 mins a workout?! lol, bowflex, what a pile of shit. hit the gym, and use the real weights!

okay, well I can think of a couple of things you should do for at least a year before you start thinking about steriods:

1)Ditch the bowflex and hit the free weights at the gym, you wont be able to put on mass nearly as well with a machine, it just can't simulate squats, deadlifts, etc...

2)You work every body part in each workout? and four times each week? switch to working out each body part once a week, and hit it HARD when you do, this will give your body proper time to recover, and it will get your muscles to grow better after a workout.

3)running is good cardio, that looks good. It's also good that you dont do it on lifting days

4)Remember that you can always increase your workout intensity, lift to failure as much as you can.

5) Read A LOT more about workout routines and the like. though not the best site in the world, www.muscleandfitness.com is a good place to get ideas and read good articles on beginning to design workout routines.

6)EAT MORE. Try to eat 6-8 meals a day. Try to keep about half the meals carb/protein meals and half fat/protein. Definitely read up on nutrition too. Remember that to gain weight, you must bring in more calories than your body burns off. You could have the most bad ass genetics and workout routine, but you wont build shit without eating extra calories.

Since you are considering AAS, you clearly WANT to gain the muscle. You just need to read up some more on how to get that done. I would stay away from the juice until you have everything else in check. I would think that with your desire, you can gain 20 lbs next year no problem with a better routine and better nutritional habbits. Just keep reading.

I recommend eating alot, and start lifting more seriously. A bowflex? WTF?!?! Free weights have to be somewhat readily available in New England. I'm in South Da Freakin Kota and there's freeweights. Also I think a protein shake with creatine added will do you more good than gear. you're sounding pretty green to be getting on juice.

Do you know anything about 'NO2 Growth Enhancer Hemodilator'? Would you recommend taking that along with the protein shakes?

no but i know you should sell the bowflex and buy a membership to a gym with plenty of freeweights.

but seriously just buy some creatine and add it to your protein shake. At least then you know it's in there and actually how much

6'0'' at 170lbs is much too small to begin cycling. In my opinion you should try to add around 20-30lbs of LBM naturally, before even attempting a cycle.

Fives Steps to get on the fast track to a better body:

1...The bowflex is better than nothing, but until you train with weights, there's no way you qualify or steroid use.

2...Training the whole body 4X's a week is fine, but I have a feeling you aren't training very hard and heavy. Once you do, you'll need to prioritize. If you don't know what that means, you need to learn more.

3...What you want out of a cycle is meaningless -- it's what you'll you'll get with the least amount of suppression that matters.

4...Save your money on supplements. Eat good food.

5...Buy a good book on training (of course, I'd recommend The Bodybuilding Truth) and a good book on roid. (I'd recommend Chemical Muscle Enhancement) Both are available from this site. It will be the best investment you ever made. And if you have a couple of bucks left over, get Legal Muscle.

Now get to work

I am in the same boat as you Op (6 ft 170lbs) only i do hit the weights doing one body part a day and hitting it hard. i would second the notion that you should lose the bow-flex- the guy in the infommercial w/the perfect body did not get that physique from that machine, he got it from freewights. besides theres somehting very motivating about going to the gym.
I have started the 5by 5 routine- check the fitness board for details on that.
keep us posted w/your results, ill be curious to see how you grow from traditional means juxtaposed to how much i grow from traditional plus AS.

if you cant grow naturally how do you expect to grow with gear. use free weights and eat, eat, eat. 3 shakes day, try 2 at most. most protein should be from solid food. Squats and deadlifts easily add a lot of mass. I weighed 225 @ 20% bf completely natural, never even took in a protein shake in my life. You can do a lot better then 170. Once you start hitting the free weights the right way that 8-15 pounds will come right on with no problem, especially at 6'. Good Luck and remember patience.
