New guy that needs some suggestions

Hey guys,
I have been lurking for a few days and still have about a million questions.

I am 29 (almost 30!) and have recently lost about 70LBS of fat. I have been working out (this time) for only about 4 months and have made some good gains but I have my tax return coming in and would like to do my very first cycle.

I am:
29yo
6'4"
245lbs

My arms are kinds long ( 78 1/2" tip to tip ). I wear a 36" pants (almost fit into a 34" jean). My thinnest I have been was @ 205 and around 13%BF a few years back.

I eat 5 or 6 meals a day that consist of plain tuna, egg whites, protein shakes/ bars and some vegetables. There is room for improvement...

While I am on my first cycle I will be able to do more cardio since it will be warmer outside to cut some more of that darn belly fat.

What would you guys suggest as a first cycle? Should I cut or bulk up? What kind of gains could I expect?

What would be a good read for me to get educated about steroids?

test only is always a good first cycle.
i think you should continue to weight train with plenty of cardio.
no price talk on this board mate.
your gains will vary but it mostly comes down to your diet.
i would reccomend getting your diet dialled in perfectly first as im sure you will see more improvements before using aas.
