Howdy Folks,
This is my debut post.I was lookin around the Web for a few GOOD Trainer/Training Forums and found this one.I,ll get to the point.I live in a pretty good sized Metro area with several hundred thousand people.I,ve been into training,fitness,nutrition etc. for about 30 years.Over the past 21/2 years,I been puttin together a Corporate Fitness Consulting business while carrying on with Personal Training to pay the bills.What I,d like to know is if there are any Trainers or others that frequent this Forum,that know of any links or Forums that have Corporate Fitness experience and have some info about the business itself.I,ve got an awful lot of questions that need answers.Anyway,I appreciate the chance to be a member of this Forum and would like to say "Hello to Everybody!"
