New guy needs help please

Hello everyone,
I started lifting at age 13 and it was alright but when I turned 21 I went all out and I liked the way my body looked. I stopped everything when I left my wife and moved to FL. at age 25. Now i'm 30 and in the last year I gained 50 pounds 70% of that is fat. I'm 200 lbs now and want to lose the fat but want to stay about 200. I was offered Winstrol by this guy at work. But this guy has "Roid Rage". Well that's what we call it cuz he is always yelling at somebody and gets fustrated very easy. I can't let that happen to me or I will lose my job. I'm not sure what I should take but I do know that this fat on my gut is pissing me off!!! Can anyone tell me what I can take that will not give me such bad side effects and is not too much money, but can cut this fat.

well I would start with your diet... clean up your diet... lift weights 4-5 times a week and start cardio 3 times a week.... even with a little bit of winny you will probably drop in weight... just cut down to a good bf% and then think about gaining some muscle. btw no discussing prices in these forums... u kinda have to edit that price bro
 
10cc's of cardio, 10cc's of diet, and 5cc's of lifting for as long as it takes to lose the fat.
Steroids aren't going to burn away the fat!!

Try some type of thermogenic to help. I've heard great things about TRex.

BTW, no posting prices on the board.....read the rules bro.
 
I was told that Steroids will get me cut. Sorry but i'm just looking for the fastest way to get rid of this ball of fat. LOL
 
If you believe in "roid rage" or believe that because your friend is juicing and acting like an ass he is on "roid rage" then you really have no business touching the stuff....you should first educate yourself on the compounds and the use of AAS...we cant recommend a compound to you if you dont know how to
1. diet
2. train

you can take anything in the world but if you dont have those 2 concepts down and know your body then your just wasting your time and money...what you need to do is re-evalute your diet and look at your training...the smallest changes to the biggest changes in your diet can get you what you seek "naturally" when it comes to weight and fat loss...

there is no fastest way...do you understand that when people talk about "cutting cycles" its not just injecting and popping pills, its waking up early in the morning before you go to work, going to the gym to do 45min of cardio on an empty stomach.....eating well below your BMR and being strict with your diet, no more sodas, cakes, doughnuts...tuna out of the can, carbs watched carefully and only making sure you get complex carbs, lean meats...basically eating the same thing day in day out for about 12 weeks...this is hard core..not a joke...then in the PM going to do your lifts....to be dedecated and discplined is to understand that not one pill can do anything for you..unless you are willing to rise above and beyond the pain and give it everything you got....
 
Well as you can see from my 1st post. I know how to train and I know a bit about diet but I just don't want to lose the muscle I have now. And as far as the Roid rage goes...That's why I was asking about something else that doesn't have that side effect.

Diet, Cardio, and Lifting will do the trick... and Thermorexin would be beneficial.

whats your diet look like? currently weight training? cardio?

I dont want to sound like im coming across like a dick and flaming you bro..just trying to make you understand that there is no real quick fix.....what you think you know about training and diet...may seem alot to you..but i bet if you put down your diet and workout routine..we can find flaws in it...do you do or have done morning cardio on an empty tank to loose bf? whats your schedule lookl like?? diet?

bro, if you want to do steroids then go ahead, but you're going to be wasting most of your money. Even if u gain a few lbs of muscle from it, you won't be able to see it because the fat will still be there.
Your money would be much better spent on something that actually burns calories. Like I said earlier, look into Trex or maybe even clen.

Then, once you get the bf% down a bit look into some gear.
 
I have done morning workouts with nothing to eat before and had a low carb diet and it worked great. The only thing I was asking about was what I was told but now you are all saying that he is a lier and steriods don't cut/burn fat. That gives me a new place to turn then. Thanx for the info.

Its OPTIMAL to do it on an empty tank in the am after a long "fasted" state..meaning you didnt eat at all while you were asleep..and if you slept for 8 hours then your good to go...its hard to be on an empty tank during the day...even while dieting you should be eating 6-8 meals a day...so to be on an empty stomach in that case is virtually impossible unless you start skipping meals..and thats not good idea either for your metabolism ...
 
diet cardio and some t3 or trex never hurts with a clean diet and some cardio you will be suprised how fast you can drop your bf% goodluck bro let us know how everything turns out for ya

What he said ^^^. However, I would add that, if your genetically predisposed to being a BIIIIIIIG asshole (like your co-worker appears to be) adding excess hormones to the picture will most certainly make you an even bigger asshole. That said, if you're generally a pretty happy person, something like test (in pretty much any form) will probably make you an even happier person.

I agree with the diet and workout advice that everyone else has given but I also know that you're body is like a furnace and adding muscle is like turning up the thermostat. . .increased muscle equals increased metabolism. However, I still think it's a good idea to clean up your diet first and keep it clean for a while before you start throwing in any supplements.
 
Forget the Winstrol for now bro, maybe in a few years once you've been training and dieting regularly it could be ok for you, but probably not, not alone at least.

So you have more fat then you want, a common problem but a simple one to fix. The #1 key here is your diet. You should set a target # of cals to take in per day.. cut out simple sugars and saturated fats, be sure to get plenty of protein (to try to spare what muscle you have now). Slowly reduce calories to pull off the pounds, it will take a while... I'm assuming you want to lose 40 or so of fat... well you won't stay at 200.. not at first.

On top of the diet its time to look at your training. Cardio helps with fat loss because of the number of calories you burn, but its not required, you can lose a ton of weight with diet and strength training alone.

To keep muscle and try to maintain your weight strength training is going to be key. 3-4 days a week of lifting used some proven methodologies will get you where you want to go. Check out the training forum for common routines.

If you want extra help cutting (losing fat) you can try a thermogenic.. something to kill your appetite, up your metabolism, many people report good results with Thermorexin (T-Rex) that you can get at the AF store.

No winstrol (winny) or other juice for now man, you're not at a good starting point for that.
