hey whats up guys i need some help, im 28 6'2 220 i dont know what my bf count is but i got some lol not really fat have a lil tummy anyway i went to the doc and found out i have low test like 220 i think so he started me on 200mg test a week its been a week and i dont feel sh*t the only thing i can see is that i get really sleepy at night like i cant stay up like i use to anymore darn lol when will i feel anything? and i been lookin around and see that 500mg of test is the right amount to start off with if u want good gains but i cant get that from my doc is there anything i can take like DHEA or or some stuff called Helladrol that would push me to 500mg? i dont want to go out and find someone to get gear from i want to try this first.

sheesh man I don't know where to start, seems like you totally have no idea what you got yourself into here... at 28 years old to go on TRT should be the very last resort. you do realize that once you go on and stay on that there is no turning back. do you want to be pinning yourself for the rest of your life already at 28?

lifestyle changes, sleeping more (which you admit you stay up late), reduction in drugs and alcohol, diet changes, working out hard especially leg work can boost T levels.. that is the first thing you should try before resorting to testosterone replacement in your 20's!

as for your other questions helladrol isn't gonna boost your T levels to 500, it doesn't work like that. any AAS will suppress your natural production of testosterone, that is why your doc foolishly put you on testosterone to REPLACE your own bodies production. DHEA at 28 you already have plenty of so taking more isn't gonna do anything.

do you even workout in the first place? in theory if you know how to workout and eat right I suppose you will gain on 200mg test a week. that is an ample dose and one that I run on my cycles but then again I am not one of those that takes ridiculous dosages. most TRT docs put their guys on 100mg a week so you are getting plenty to put your levels high

damn see this why i came on here to learn stuff should of had came on here sooner oh well. but yea i already started it hurt like hell so no turnin back now but yea i work out the only thing i use befor was creatine when i was young 17 18 i used ando i liked it the strength was good !! didnt get that big tho but anyway what do u think i should use with the 200mg test to boost it cuz i want to make gains

just a week i get my next shot tomorrow like i said im new to this so i dont know but i would think i should feel something by now beside my hip not hurtin like hell

Of course you do not feel anything. You are getting Test with a long ester (maybe I am wrong, but I believe that is what you get for TRT). It will take some time- be patient man. Kind of seems like you are after some quick fixes here.

Post up your diet and training routine and what you want to accomplish so we may better serve you.

Come on, man, you do not want to HAVE to do this for the rest of your life. Running cycles is different than having to be on a small cycle forever. What if something happens one day? That'd be my biggest fear. Economy collapse. Another doctor one day changes something up. World war. Seriously, anything..

ok well you have been on a week. its not too late to stop this nonsense and get off TRT.. tell your doctor that you don't want to be on for life at just 28.

the longer you stay on, the more hard it will be to come off.

you aren't gonna feel anything as your lifestyle is the thing that needs to be changed in the first place.. going on test isn't gonna solve your dilemna. seems like your doctor is just trying to make money off of you. you are far from alone, i bet there are thousands of guys in their teens and 20's who don't need TRT who get trapped for life.

what was the process of you getting this 1st shot? have you been to the docs before? multiple blood tests? a family history of problems? a traumatic accident/injury?

you really need to do a lot of research on hrt / trt for men and get educated NOW
