Hi everyone i just joined the board. Looks like there's a lot of info here and a lot of knowledgeable people also. I look forward to learning a lot.
I am about 205 lbs. 5'-10" tall. I am in week 7 of a Dianabol cycle. It is my second time doing d-bol. I did the same thing last year at about this exact time of the year. The only diference is that last year i was weighing in at around 180 when i started so by the end i was cut as fuck.
My question is: what should i do to get rid of the extra fat that i'm lugging around, keeping in mind i only have 4 weeks left of the cycle. all the fat is mainly around my abdomen and chest.
Some background info. I have been taking estrogen blocker the whole time since i started. I drink a protein shake in the morning and eat about 6-7 meals throughout the day. I lift three days a week staggered with cardio two days a week and one day of rest (sunday).
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
