New Favorite High-Fat Food

I know that there have been a couple of posts about avocados before, but I didn't know how great they were for anyone who is on some sort of a ketonic diet.

Right now I'm doing a high-fat, high-protein, low-carb diet and have found that eating 1 cup of avocado meat every day has really helped me get my calories and fat to where they need to be without eating gargantuan amounts of food.

All you guys who are on low-carb diets know how it is....you gotta eat tons just to get enough calories for the day, and eating a good amount of fat with each meal really slows your appetite...not to mention the fact that downing shots of flax oil is quite possibly the foulest thing I've ever done.

Just thought I'd share with you :D Avocados, my friends, are the way to go!
