I just jumped gyms to NYSC. I'm paying $70/mth for the passport. Is that a good deal?

Dun know, but through the company I can join a national chain for something like $28. have to pay visit fees at the other places, but that is $3 to $5. Must say local is just guy gear, no extras like sauna and stuff.

OH, and CT charges a f'n TAX on your fees. Aholes.

I know that NYSC is one of the most expensive chains in the USA. Without the corporate rate, it's like $150/mth. I still think $70/mth is high.

I was a member for a while when I lived in NY; NYSC distinguished itself by the way there was always a middle aged Jewish guy doing curls in the squat rack.

I go to planet fittness,I pay 20 dollers a month for both me and my wife's membership so two memberships for 20.I can bring a friend when ever i want for free,and my membership inluds taining pool sanna evrey thing.gym is pritty big to.best price out there for every thing i get.

I use Golds in NH. I pay for 15 months up front for a reduced rate. When they call I renew early and usually get two free months extra out of them.

$349/17=20.53/month

With that I am allowed unlimited access to four Golds in NH and twice weekly visits to any other Golds in New England.
