hey guys, just starting to get back into the gym and thought I'd start a little healthier diet to go with it. I'm starting the SF 5x5 next week and will use this week to get my numbers to plan the routine. Below is a typical day for the diet I have planned so far. I'm hoping this is enough to help me put on some muscle and also cut a pound or two of fat. I'm in the Army and have weight standards. My current limit for my age and height is 189 pounds. However, if we're overwight we're taped around our waist and neck to find a ratio. Being heavy is ok as long as it's lean and the BF% is low. I think our limit on BF% is 20%. So, it wouldn't be a good idea for me to bulk at first. What do you all think? Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated..
