New diet--good?

~8:00 (Somedays an hour earlier or later)-- 3 Eggs, Oatmeal, 2 banana's

10:30 -- Turkey, Veggies, and banana

12:30 -- Chicken, Rice, Veggies

1:00 -- Work

3:30 -- Beef Jerkey

6:00 -- Off/Chicken, Veggies, Rice (?)

7:30/Workout

~8:30/ Whey/Water, Oatmeal

10:30 -- Tuna, Veggies, Whey W/ Milk
 
I drink a lot of milk... sometimes a gallon/day...

Should I drink less?

I'm doing pylo's to increase my vert and might add in sprints too... Should I do cardio (Sprints) or not?
 
Your to young to be watching your weight, man you should just be eating everything in site, but good shit though. Have more fats and carbs. maybe peanut butter or a baked potato. That' s a shit load of milk...I would have the shit's after all that milk. But hey milk does a body good. keep throwing that milk back, it's good for you

I'm not really watching my weight...

If i was 180 and had a low BF that'd be cool...

I don't want to be a huge BBer (And I know that would take years and years to do), I just want to be around 170-180 with a pretty low BF, and have a six pack...

So keep drinking the milk? Oatmeal before I go to bed?
