Hello. If anyone would be kind enough to critque my current eating schedule i would greatly appreciate it. Im trying to cut up.
180 lbs, 5'10, 15 bf . Been trying to stay on the high protein/ low carb/ low fat diet.

7:30 am: 8 egg whites + broccoli
10:30 am: isopure zero carb shake + brocolli
2:00pm : chicken breast + brocolli
3:30-4:30Pm: workout
5:00: isopure zero carb shake + banana+ 1 tbs flax seed oil
7:00: Fish ( usually half a fillet of salmon or a can of tuna)
10:00 isopure zero carb shake + flax seed oil

Total proten = 210-230 g
Total carbs= approx 60
Total fat = no idea.

Thanks for the input in advance.

If you're really gonna go that low on carbs, I don't see why you shouldn't try a cdk- especially if you aren't going to consume carbs post workout. I can't cut on low carbs so I'm not the best to critique your diet. Your calories are way too low, but your food selections seem are right on. If your set on going low carb, atleast add some more healthy fats to each of your meals instead of only having with two of your meals. There was a topic a while ago on the diet board about the pros and cons to high protein/low carb and fat diets.

According to my calcutations, you have:
1391 Calories
220g protein
48g carbs (that is if youre Isopure is 0carbs)
30g fat

The calories are WAY too low.

Here's what i can come up with.
Consume about 2-3 more tablespoons of flax daily and toss the banana, it's not needed.
Then it will look like this

1650 Calories
220 Protein 57%
20 Carbs 2%
70 Fat 41%

If you drop the banana, you can throw yourself into ketosis, read up on the CKD diets, just run a search.

Yeah -- drop the bananna and do a full blown CKD. I'm on a ckd right now, and lemme tell you - i've never been so ripped and hard in my life.
