I hit 420 today.
I tried 441 a mere SEVEN times, but the best I did was a few inches off the floor. At least I don't have to buy more weight yet (I only had to just recently), because 441 is all I own.
Also tested my bench, but I think my CNS was so fried from the deadlift attempts that it wasn't a hope in hell of improving. I did equal my old PR (287.5) and get 298.5 1/3 of the way up. Not bad considering a poor preparation and lack of sleep.
I wasn't planning on maxing out today or any time soon, but I was getting very frustrated with a commerical property valuation and decided I'd have a bit of fun. I'm going to swain and then play Madden to celebrate
