I ahve been off everything for over 2 months so that made this even more awesome for myself. Now keep in mind I started dead lifts less then 3 months ago. When I started I was doing 5*5 at 225 and now I am doing 5*5 with 335 or 345. Last night I did a rep max with NO STRAPS. I was hoping to do 4 wheels for 405...no problem...so I tried 425...no problem...455 HIT IT! After that I was pretty beat because I did to many sets not knowing where my max would be.
