New Dead Lift Pr!!!

I ahve been off everything for over 2 months so that made this even more awesome for myself. Now keep in mind I started dead lifts less then 3 months ago. When I started I was doing 5*5 at 225 and now I am doing 5*5 with 335 or 345. Last night I did a rep max with NO STRAPS. I was hoping to do 4 wheels for 405...no problem...so I tried 425...no problem...455 HIT IT! After that I was pretty beat because I did to many sets not knowing where my max would be.

135 for 10
185 for 8
225 for 5
315 for 5
385 for 2
405 for 1
425 for 1
455 for 1

Congratulations on the PR.

Just be sure to keep your enthusiasm and ego in check - 150# is a big jump to make in 4 months (natural). Shooting for low to mid 500 might be a bit more realistic. Best of luck.
