I like getting good replies! Yes, I do take with food. I am doing something probably unheard of around here, because I came up with it on my own! In the Anabolice Reference Guide 2002 it says that taking all at once before a workout (about 1.5-2hrs before) will allow your body to have a higher level of test at the "important time" and that it would allow your liver a break. I have also heard this from people at the gym. Other people say to take evenly throughout the day to keep levels even. With that said I am actually taking all at once on the days I workout and spacing them out on days I rest. That away I have a high level when most needed and still have a evenly high level while recovering! BTW, I have been feeling a little better today. Thanks Terminator!
