New Cycle

sup fellas...

I am 5' 8", 185lbs., 18-20% bf. I am planning on starting a 6 week cycle of primo alone ( 3 weeks @ 150mg/wk, 3 @ 200mg/wk) and also doin clen 1 wk on/ 1 wk off throughout the cycle(100-120mcg). Planning on a low-carb/high protein/moderate fat diet to accompany. I do 30 min cardio sessions mon-fri @ 5:30 am and then lift in the evening around 7:30pm. Can i expect a good amount of fat loss or would i be better off trying something else?

low carb...high protein is not a good fat loss diet unless you enjoy feeling like shit...your diet should be cut proportionately across the board...all carbs should be complex like brown rice and yams....Weight gain vs weight loss is based on total calorie count by the end of the day....you can eat a shit load of protein and very little carbs and still get fatter!
