not sure where you copied/pasted that from but whoever came up with that was a cookie cutter for sure

why primo and long esters for just 8 weeks? why are you swapping test E to sustanon every week and then back? why use tamoxifen on cycle and not an AI?

and hcg should never be used in pct, and 3 weeks of clomid isn't a pct.

best thing to do is just throw that entire thing in the trash and follow something simpler

primo and test for 12 weeks with an AI
if you are going to use HGH you need to run it longer then 8 weeks so in this case forget it

then PCT with the perfect PCT for 6-8 weeks

Thx bro for your help , but i want to make a point here am new in this field and i dont know what to do, i have 30 ml primo , test e 5ml , sustanon 5ml , and 210 iu of hgh , 15000 iu hcg, nolvadx and clomide

First, you don't want to use HCG in a PCT protocol as it is suppressive of natural testosterone production.

I agree with Steve that it makes the most sense to run the high, testosterone and primo for 12 weeks.

You are also forgetting to include an AI like aromasin in your cycle. This is VERY important to prevent estrogen related side effects like gyno and water retention.

Your cycle needs a complete overhaul.

This is what I recommend

I would recommend simplifying your cycle like this:

Weeks 1-12
Test 500mg (either Test e or Sust.....they are basically interchangeable)
Primo 400mg
Aromasin 10mg EOD
