Just completed and finished 6 weeks ago a cycle of Sust/winny. Very good result but would like to get more mass now around the shoulder and arms. Still have around 15 caps of Sust left and some Winny too. What do u suggest 2 x 250 Sust on its own every week ? or should I stack the sust with some deca and keep the winny for a final course on its own
