New cycle..feedback please

I've used gear for 15 yrs. Tore my bicep and took 10 yrs off. Gained weight went to age management doctor. Test levels were 89. I was shocked. So I did the usual 200 mgs a week of cypinate. But got bored fast. I use to be a trainer and was very committed into training and doing gear for many yrs. So I started reaching out to some old friends and got some new gear. Here it is.
3 IU's of HGH Am Nortitropin
500 Mgs of sustanon 250
200 mgs of enanthate or Cypinate
100 mgs of TREN
after a month my prolactin was high and my estrogen was high. so I introduced arimidex and Nolvadex and rotated them every other.
day.
Im taking 120 mgs of thyroid armor daily.
im 6'3" 260 lbs
calories 2700-3000 daily
burning around 700 calories training and cardio daily

not only did you not get anything that addresses prolactin but your running nolva, which increases it even more... you never run nolva alongside any 19-nor unless you enjoy being able to milked... then go for it... you need dostinex asap and you need to get rid of nolva... you should run aromasin as opposed to arimidex... its far more effective and has many other benefits that arimidex does not have... get the aromsin asap and run it 12.5 mg ed

im assuming this is more of a cutting cycle based on what your running and the macros you are taking in at your size... your definitely eating below maintenance, which is fine, but you can enhance this cycle so much and get a lot more out of it by adding sarms, especially gw-501516... read my article about using gw to combat the tren sides... you will find it at Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators (SARMS) - Evolutionary.org You will also find plenty of info on other sarms as well... i would add lgd-4033 at 10 mg day, s4 at 50 mg day and gw at 20 mg day... you can get a buy 2 get 1 free at SARMS1.COM - The best Selective androgen receptor modulators... take advantage of that and enhance your cycle to highest extent... here is a link to the bogo sale... order caber and/or dostinex asap buddy. that will address prolactin levels. Next get some bloods done, we & u need to find out where you stand hormone wise.

id get a gh serum or igf test too, make sure that gh is real, lots of fake stuff out there the last 6-8 months.

Last, why didnt you just run clomid @ 100mg for 30days ?? try a hpta restart.
 
guys thanks for the great feedback. I get blood work done monthly that's why I knew my estrogen was high and when I saw my testosterone dropped I knew my protacin was high also because on was on TREN. I get a script for my HGH thank god for that. Im now stopping my nolva and ordered caber and Liqui-Aromas. Do I continue the arimidex??
MY IGF-1 was 213.
test levels went from 784 down to 385 because of the prolactin
estrogen was 127......ouch yes I know. im fixing it.
 
Definitely pick up aromasin (liqui-aromasin) and dostinex from AG asap

ditto on the liquid dostinex. Ag guys has legit stuff. Their aromasin is also the best I've ever used.

Also...why are you stacking more cyp or E on top of sustanon? If you look up a breakdown of the esters in sustanon, which I do not have off the top of my head, not much of it is long estered, personally I think it would be redundant to stack more E or cyp on top of it. Just run 700mg or 750 of sus250 and drop the cyp or E.

I had the enanthate and cip so just thought I'd use it. I'll use it here and there. I don't use them regularly, just as a boost here and there.

Test 700mg a week (500 sust, 200 E/C)
Tren 100mg (Is that Tren Ace, Hex or Enan?) and is the 100mg a weekly dose or an EOD dose?

To be fair for a cutting cycle this sounds a little overboard, I mean I was on 500mg of Test and that didn't help that much with cutting, try lowering down the Test to 500mg Sust, bump up the Tren to 200mg EW. Also you def need to drop Nolva and get some Caber, but you heard that enough.

Also giving us a total Kcal count without Macros and meal plan doesn't give us much room to provide advice. So give us a bit more info on training and diet and we can give you more in depth advice.

I goggled it. Know I know what Macros is. here is my meals and macro breakdown
I have a company deliver food daily based on my needs. right now its based on 2700 calories.
egg white omelet with turkey and spinach
cal. 421
total lipids 18.1
protein 54.4
carb. 9.4
1.5 hrs later 2 scoops of whey 250 cals. 60 grams protein
1.5 hrs later wheat protein cokkies
calories 253
total lipid 8.1
protein 13.7
carbs 30.4
suger 4.2
LUNCH--
CHICKEN WHEAT WRAP

carbs. 43
I then train
after training 2 scoops of whey
dinner
salad with grilled chicken tomatoes olives not sure of calories or breakdown
I drink around a gal. of water a day
that's my food.
GEAR---
3 IU'S NORTITROPIN IN THE AM
120 MGS of thyroid armor
700 mg of test ..500 sustonan 200 of either enathate or cip
100 mgs of TREN enanthate.
arimidex 1mg every other day.
waiting for caber to come in the mail.
when it does ill increase my TREN.
I train 5 days a week
Monday chest 12 -14 sets
tues back 12-14 sets
wed. shoulders 12-14 sets
thurs. arms 12-14 sets
fri legs 12-14 sets
cardio every day burn around 400 calories just cardio
sat forearms cardio sunday off.

Diet looks good man, the only thing i would tweak is to allocate some carbs to post workout, your body needs high GI carbs to elicit an insulin response to help absorb the post workout nutrients. So maybe move the whey cookie (which really is nothing but a glorified sugar filled snack) to post workout or just cut it out. Instead add a banana and a drizzle of honey to your post workout shake.

As for training: 12-14 sets are ok for bb purpose... Can't really tell without exercise selection. 4 sets of atg squats and 4 sets of leg curls or not the same animal. When cutting I prefer training between the 5-6 rep weight range, a hybrid hypertrophy and strength programme seems to be the best way for me to keep muscles on a cutting phase.

As for gear: seriously Test is way high for a cutting cycle, even with an AI like adex, you are going to get some water retention for sure. Especially since you are not in the best shape now, your belly fat carries an abundance of aromatase enzymes, which will convert your free test into Estro.

Drop the cyp and Enan and just go with sust. That being said Sust bloats me like a bitch, but since you have so much already lets make the best out of a bad situation.

Nolva is a def no no when 19 nor is involved. You don't want a double whammy in raising your prolactin. Nuff people have spoke about this so you know already.

Try bumping up 50mg of tren every 2 weeks until you reach 200-250mg EW, that should give you a nice boost. Also get yourself some GW if you don't wanna be huffing and puffing like an obese asthmatic smoker

would you add a complex carbohydrate like a starch? Brown rice , backed potato??
mentally that would be hard for me to do. Im trying to stay lean and I feel full when eating too much complex carbs.

Brown rice and fish/chicken/lean beef for pre workout meal taken 2-3 hours before workout. For post workout I usually have a raw egg, banana, honey and 2 scoops of whey as my shake.

Easy on the carbs at the dinner table, a little sweat potato or yams won't hurt.

I personally eat sushi and raw fish for my pre workout, been leaning out a lot on a predominantly fish based diet.
