Way to young. I made the same mistake as you at that same age and did a Sustanon cycle. Didn't know anything about PCT and this was way back in the 90s. As fast as I gained, I lost it all too and was in depression because my hormones were out of whack and slowly I had to regain it all. I am GLAD I didn't stretch the cycle out.
Do you even know what you are putting into your body? Have you even spelled it right? Is it Test viron or TESTOVIRON? Do you know the chemical composition of each, its half life and what it does? Do you know what DBol does to your liver and why? Do you know what other things you need to take while consuming AAS? I can go and on...
My point is 19 years old is absurd to get on anything, including supplements. Our bodies in our Natural state cannot cope with external stuff coming in, it can for a certain amount of time. For now you should focus simply on training, eating and resting. That's it. End of story.
Is Bodybuilding going to be your full time Career? What is the main purpose of Working out? Don't blindly take something just because it is the norm, or your friends are doing this. Don't be a sheep among the masses. Don't fall prey to all the Magazines you see and the Instagram posts you may be tagged on. It is absolutely foolish of going blindly into something and regretting later in life.
I know there is no point to this. It's your life and your decision.
