New Cycle ADVICE

hi i have been debating for awhile now. I have Test Cyp, Deca and Winny. I didn't have a very good experience on sustanon 350/wk and deca 300/wk 12 weeks ago, Red Blood cell count and blood pressure shot up and felt bloated all the time with headaches. For second cycle now i was wondering if i should just try Test Cyp alone at 200/wk and maybe add winny in. Can i add winny in from the begining? or just wait until last few weeks of cycle.

1-10 200 Test Cyp
7-12 50mg Winny EOD

Any thoughts?

200 mg a week of test is way too low, I would bump it up to at least 500mg a week

agree 200mg a bit too low, if it was your first cycle id say 250mg be ok. my advice try just test 400- 500mg a week..

i know but while most guys want to get huge i am looking to keep gains down 10-15 lbs would be great...that's about it. i am also worried about my blood pressure being on so much test since it raises your red blood cell coutn making blood thicker.

i am 5 10, 175 lbs, 12% BF, 35 yrs old..been working out for 5 years or so 2 years with a trainer.

i realize most people handle it no problem but for some reason on my deca/sustanon cycle i really felt it.

no i didn't, where can i get that ag guys? is it liquid - injectable, drinkable or pill form? dosage?

yes ag guys has the liquid form of adex and letro.. the blood pressure and headaches are both probably caused by the the bloat. Is your blood pressure fine now(off cycle) I would get a full blood work up b4 you started anything. always should anyway..but should notice a big difference if you keep the bloat down.

forgot to mention,, hold off on the deca.. if you used test and deca last time and bloated up bad,,, you dont know which compound it was.. stick with test only first with some anti es.. and moniter bp.. good luck bro..
