New Cutting Cycle

Haven't Ran Cycle In 8 Months:

Age:28 Height:6*1 Body Fat%:17 Weight:225
Want to get a bit more solid and drop down my bf% so I'm thinking about running test prop:600mg 12wk Tren:600mg 12wk Mast:600mg12wk taking nolva 30mgs daily and finishing it off some hcg reason why all 3 are at the same dose is because they are one component its a triple stack better on the pockets any adjustments feel free to add...

Diet:
Brekfast:3-6 egg whites with cup oatmeal/ Protein Bar
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: 1/2Chicken green beans and spinach
Snack:Tuna salad/Chicken Salad/Protein Shake
Dinner:Turkey/Chicken breast/Protein Shake
 
If was me I would lower the BF a little before I ran that cycle with some serious cardio and clean diet.

Also I would run the Tren for last 8 weeks only and at a slightly lower dose but that's me. I don't like to go beyond 8 weeks and 80mgs/day with Tren as this works with virtually no sides but bit hard to do with what you have.

I agree...diet and cardio like a mofo! :biggrin:
 
When doing hard cardio routines I find that even if you punch a bag (not hard) but for 2 minutes to 3 minutes non stop taking deep breathes you can really tire yourself out which means a great cardio workout.

id work on that diet..your not eating enough calories...you have no halthy fats no complex carbs could use more protein

cycle looks good

dont run the nolva thru it..ur not go0nna need it...saver it for pct...use hcg before pct

id have some adex on hand,and i would have some caber on hand
1-12 test
1-12 tren
1-12 mast
hcg 500iu e3d or 500iu ed last 10 days before pct starts
pct prob give it atleast a week after last tren shot to start
nolva 60mg 7 days
nolva 40mg 14 days
sustain alpha
 
Are you even getting 1000 calories in per day? No fats. No carbs and not even that much protein. Try to aim for about 25-2600 cals. you CAN loose fat and gain muscle naturally that way if you diet right and train right. dont want to hear it that you can't do it because it has worked for me.

Well I'm trying to cut down its harder now that I dropped from 25% to 17% im more in the 16. something ratio but id say 17 now... as far as cardio boxxing in the morning and i jog at night 3-4 miles so now i want to run a cycle my diet isn't that exactly what it says more or less usually more meals but im trying to keep it as strict as possible any additional info regarding my cycle would be very helpful thanks for the adivce so far ef very appreciative...

again you need to fix ur diet before you start...without a solid diet your only wasting your time with aas...your body needs food...
