New chest routine

Still trying to work around my fucked up shoulder, my tendonitis is getting a little better tho so it's not all bad!

Incline DB press 115's 6,6,5+1 'spot'.

Being the idiot I am I've not done DB pressing for months (Flat bench is where it's at, right? sigh) and my left shoulder felt a little weird doing these, its like I lose power about 2/3s of the way into the lift so I'm going to try messing with the incline to see if I can find a totally pain free ROM

Flyes 45's 2 sets of 15.

Going for a max stretch my shoulder felt a little gimpy on the 2nd set but I think the stretch helped a little.

Dips + 150 3 sets of 5.

The only lift that didnt bother my shoulder. My elbow complained a little on the last couple of sets however.

Pressdowns 2 sets, hammer curls 2 sets.

Rotator work.

Really wishing I could find somewhere with a hammer wide & incline :(
