i have benched pressed 365, 295 on incline
deadlifted 425, squatted 405, ohp 225 a few times, bb curl 135 for 8 reps, close grip bench 315 for 1, pull ups 5 sets of 10.

i dunno, thats about all the most impressive lifts and numbers i have done in my life

when i went to the doctor on tuesday i weighed 180, monday at ballys i weighed 182. i had clothes on but no shoes. so im pretty sure its 180+.
