Ok here's my story. I was a nerdy 220 lb, 5'10, 21 year old guy who played video games all day...yadda yadda. GOt tired of it, got a job building hiking trails and got down to 175 lbs, 13.5 % bodyfat. Joined the air force, ship out for boot late march and want to get buff so I can try out for special forces. So I want to gain lots of muscle and most importantly get down to 8-10% bodyfat. I try to take in 100-170 grams of protein a day, cut out fast food and take a few suppliments: cla, creatine, hmb, xenadrine. I want to get to the next level, how do I get there? I workout 4x a week, do cardio 20 minutes in the morning and at night 5-7x a week. I saw an article about Methoxyflavone, is there any truth/use to that? What do you all suggest?
