New bodybuilder, needs advice

Ok here's my story. I was a nerdy 220 lb, 5'10, 21 year old guy who played video games all day...yadda yadda. GOt tired of it, got a job building hiking trails and got down to 175 lbs, 13.5 % bodyfat. Joined the air force, ship out for boot late march and want to get buff so I can try out for special forces. So I want to gain lots of muscle and most importantly get down to 8-10% bodyfat. I try to take in 100-170 grams of protein a day, cut out fast food and take a few suppliments: cla, creatine, hmb, xenadrine. I want to get to the next level, how do I get there? I workout 4x a week, do cardio 20 minutes in the morning and at night 5-7x a week. I saw an article about Methoxyflavone, is there any truth/use to that? What do you all suggest?
 
the only supplements you should buy is whey protien and eca the rest of it is garbage......if you have a set of marbles opt for "juice"
besides you will need the extra aggresion"fina" for the forces when you find bin laden you can break him in half:mad:
 
eat more protein
AND stop taking HMB: unless you take very large quantities (which would be $$) it is useless
 
Make sure you keep a diet and training log. Get plenty of rest, at least eight hours every night, if possible. Take in plenty of water and keep the partying to a minimum. Your foundation supplements should be a good protein powder and multivitamin. Many respond to creatine and ECA is a good addition when cutting. A bulking diet that works well for me is 'massive eating' which you can find at http://www.testosterone.net , do a past issues search using massive eating.
 
yea man,up that protein and i agree the onlt things you may want to spens cash on are protein,eca,maybe glutamine.most important,try to eat a good diet and train hard bro.........good luck:D
