I dont train for strength at all, so I was really curious what I could bench. Brought the camera in to see if my form was cool. Put up 405 for a single, it actually felt easy enough that I could of done 2-3 reps, but I was only aiming for 1
I like your training theory. Train heavy, progressive overload. Nothing fancy, just hardcore old fashioned. You're big and strong, I've seen big guys that can't lift much. I'd much rather be big and strong.

Thanks, its always about the big compound stuff for me, I almost never touch machines. I grew up wanting to be like Arnold and Franco, still do
I'm shooting a deadlift video tomorrow, hoping for 525lbs for 6-8 reps
that would have been a nice half shrug/deadlift for your spotter if you had messed up. awesome lift, especially considering you don't train for strength. keep the vids coming!
Awesome lift brother!! Inspirational shit. Was getting so close before my injury. (370 flat and 360 incline). That shit inspires me to get back into it after I heal up. Keep it up!!

can't wait to see the DL video (I know I have seen some pics from back in the day...I see you still lift in that pretty gym with the hexagonal plates!)
