nothing just working out eating good but just can not get past the margin i have benn stuck in for 3 yrs now im 23 wiegh 180-195 in out 340-360 in bench

Post up what you typically eat during a normal day. Let's start there.
 
man to be honest morning just shakes then lunch ck or steak or fish dinner same and another shake before to sleep tell u truth im not to educate on this
 
straight out man im thinking of taking some beginner bulking cycles to boost my test. level i have been reading and seems to me the only way to break through is to up ur test level any recommendations
 
first of all research research research if u have been stuck since 20 and u r 23 and need lots of guidance in the diet department i would stick with just that for now. u need to exhaust every avenue first.

even if this werent the case u r still not ready for aas without tons (months and months - preferably years) of research.

Diet, routine, time and hard work are the key - you're still young.

1-1.5 g of protein per 1lbs of body weight per day, a good diet and proper workout regime is what you really need...6-8 meal a day 2-3 hrs apart, never eat to get full eat white meat ( chicken, turkey etc) fish, steaks....high protein low carbs. shock your muscles by changing your workout regime! as far as supplements its dif for everyone... i personatly love Nitrix, i get awesome pumps from it and it works for me. THis are just somethings that works for me! and it might help you!
 
actually i been reading and thinking about it for some time now and finally decided and made my mind im going to do this just dont know from where but defintely need to do get a good food selection (diet)

If you need a good source i got one for you, SUPERMARKET isle # 8 you`ll find TUNA, and on the back by the frozen food section you`ll find really good steaks( depends where you shop at) also add some greens loke spinach its really good for you...they take checks. cash. credit card.

not quite sure what that means but im asking for for real results not lame suggestions like u see in mags or online that promise results and dont see it

that is exactly what u r getting from us. food produces real results. crappy diet plus drugs still equals crappy results. start at the beginning not at the end. u have to learn how to walk before u run.
 
I dont think you`re listening...not be be hard on you bro! but you got some good replies....what you eat is as important as how you train....i am a believer, that you are what you eat!
 
i would not do a cycle for at least another year or so. in the meantime eat and heavy deads/squats/bench
 
Bro if your bench is at 360 with that diet your on now just imagine if you ate 7 meals a day, made sure you ate at least 250 grams of protein a day and throw in some creatine and bcaa's you would be an animal. All you need to do is get your diet straight and you will see crazy gains.
 
There is some serious guidance in this thread. Hope he listens so he doesn't become another sad story of a man with boobys! :spatts:
