I have been natural for years, I weigh 345 lbs strictly power for the past almost 3 years, just plenty to eat and creatine, I am strong(i.e. hammer curl 90 pound dumbbells for 6 reps)I am also 32 years old, and I want to go on a cycle legally, what should I ask the doctor for, this is what I want , I want to lose fat not muscle, shape my muscles(cuts), gaining strength is not a priority I am already strong so if I loss strength I would still be one of the top 5 strongest guys in my gym, I want to get down to about 300 lbs lean and hard and shaped, how long should my first cycle last and what and how much should I take
