230 - Here you go.. Try this..
- First of all hit the "refresh" button on your browser. You may still have old files in cache.
- Go to original post as before and left click on my name "mdlifter", then select "view profile". You should see your new avatar to the right of your screen.
- Right click on the picture and select "save picture as". You will then be prompted to save the picture to somewhere on your hardrive/pc.
- Either save it to your "desktop" or "c" drive.
- Go back to the EliteFitness/thread page and select the "profile" option/link in the upper left hand corner. Should be in the blue bar.
- Once inside your profile options, select the "edit atavar" option/link.
- Select the "use custom atavar" box.
- In the "upload an atavar from your computer" box, click the "browse" button to the left.
- Find the file on your hard drive/pc, select it and upload.
- Important click on "save changes"
- The change should be instantaneous and all your posts should now have your new atavar.
