Refreshes your cache/cookies. Basically, all those little avatars are stored on your hard drive after you view them so next time, when visiting the website, it loads faster. Often times, it (the pc) doesn't know there are new pics and must be refreshed. ok, I explained it bad but you get the idea, right?
