New avatar and I started lifting again

I posted this to disgust myself enough to get my ass in gear. Today was my first workout in over 3 months. That's a looooong time for me. I've never taken that much time off.

Started very light so I don't get overly sore too fast. Anyway, you can lust over the belly until that changes.

I'm not doing AS. Right now I'm gonna eat clean and just work out the kinks. Sorta let my metabolism get fired up with the training and diet so I can reduce bodyfat and get stronger bigger for now.I'm starting really slow, I did 1 or 2 sets for each BP today/ fullbody wo. I'll do this for a little while and take it from there. I don't need too much volume to get a reaction. I also don't wanna go superfast from the beginning. Let the gains come with as little stimulous as possible.

Not sure yet. I wanna see how my body reacts to the streeses I'm put under before I tackle more physical stress. Plus I can make some gains without it for a while and then kick in the cardio after a bit. Again, I don't wanna throw it in 4th gear from the first week. I know my body and what it needs... and it's definately not the 2 Whoppers a day and 10 hotdogs at a sitting. lol

Considering that diet though, I should do great when I clean up. I'm really strict when dieting too, so I won't really cheat. It's chicken, steak, brown rice, oatmeal... that's basically it and some little variance thrown in there.

Watch out fockers!

Correct. I've been eating ANYTHING I want. I don't workout at a gym though. I'm not that hardcore, I lift in my basement. Today I was in and out in 25 minutes including commute. lol
 
does muscle memory really help? like how fast would it take you in that picture to get to where you used to be with muscle memory as opposed to you in that picture with never have lifted a day in your life to where you want to be? what would be the time difference. yeh i think that made sense?
 
I believe muscle memory AS WELL AS the fact that I've been there before mentally and trainingwise (sets reps etc) will make it easier for me to do. "I've been there done that" so I know what it takes and know what to do. My bowflex won't let me down.

Hey man good luck with that. I just started back up today too. Since Dec. I've been doing a 20min full body workout once a week but the trips to Popeye's have finally caught up with me. So now, I'll be hitting the gym 3 days a week for weights and 2 for cardio. It's time to lose the beer/fried chicken gut.

u can really set yourself free and grow some balls and keep progress pics going in your gallery or you can postem here of you flexing shirtless.
