New at work cardio!!!!

I've been wanting to do a session of cardio in the morning but I can't ever get my ass up that early in the morning to do it before work. Today I found a way to do it once i get to work.

My company builds new power plants and we're almost done with current project so i went out searching and found this.

multiple levels to top of power plant, approx 650ft elevation to top with what i counted this morning 560 stairs one way. i did this three times (up,down=1) in a row at a jog.


calculations...........
650x2=1300ft 1300x3=3900ft
560x2=1120stairs 1120x3=3360stairs

finished sweating like a beast and hard up on breathing!!!!!

awesome!i used to run stadiums at university of florida in college.kicks your ass completely.even when i got tired of running i would take double steps walking that really hit your quads especially on the steepest rows which were pretty steep and 35 of them.like walking lunges ;almost harder in the heat though.unfortunately,my patellar tendinitis prevents me from even considering them at this point as well as lack of access to local stadiums.

no weight lose needed, i am sitting at about 7% bf right now and just wanted to add some cardio to my routine to see if i can get it lower. i love being shredded.
