New artist name ... HELP

OK so there is this woman singer/songwriter that has had a song play on the radio a few times, she was on the Tonight show a few weeks back playing the song with an acoustic guitar and a loop sampler which allowed her to get a beat, some rhythm guitar and harmonies going while she was signing and playing the guitar live. It was pretty cool. Howie Day does this too where they setup a loop during the song as part of the performance. Anyways I'm trying to find her name so I can download some of her music on iTunes, but I can't find her at all..
