New and would like some explainations.

i have considered dbol which i am being quickly pesuaded against taking right now. I have look at various diets and realize things i need to cut out and things i need to start eating.

I hear alot of talks about shakes and what not. I assume protein shakes, which is generally a good shake?? I have have a blender but i can probably get one if needed.

I have been reading a bit about Test, i know their are different types and many supplement that go along with it to reduce/eliminate the signs of estrogen.

However, and i know i cant ask for a source here, but i am clueless as to where to search. Doesnt seem to me like its going to be very easy to find, with legality issues and all, but if someone can point me in the right direction, i dont need to be given it just kinda guided as to where to look.

Next trip to walmart im definately getting healthier foods all i need is guidences as to the general direction to look for the supplements i need.
 
ur thread boils down to a lack of research buddy. i cant imagine any1 will waste there time helping u on this 1. far too many people want everything handed to them. i was probably the same at the start. u need to read and read. 'research'. once u have a fair knowlegde of exactly what goals u have u might start getting answers. im not being a dick (still learning myself) thats just the way things operate round here. im sure u'll see plenty more of this, thats if anybody else even bothers to reply!
 
italianmuscle was right so many damn newbs with ridiculous questions this time a year I should take off from this site till april.
 
If you can't find even a shady source through Google then you have much work to do.

Have you asked for "under the counter" supplements at Walmart?
 
do lots of research bro. start out on the diet broad, then go to the lifting board. then come back to the AS board (after a while)

not giving you a hard time. just telling you there is lots to learn, and we cant simply tell it to you in one post. especially b/c you still need the basics of diet
