Never Juiced, Need advice

I am 30 y/o 5'10" 190 17% bf. I cant make any gains natural but so many tell they are.? I want to cut down to 8-10% bf and put on 20lbs of muscle, I dont want to loose my gains when off would like to have no sides if possible, dont care if oral or injection. Also Im not made of money so if its possible to use just one that'd be great. I have talked with a few juicers and they tell me that I could easily do this with one 12 week cycle of winstrol, but everything I read says its a cutter not a builder, Im nervous to build that fast cause all the questions that follow. There are so many choices?? Also are these online "pharmacies" reliable I aint tryin to get busted, but then again they are prob pretty easy to get in jail. LOL Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
first of all mate whats your diet like? please list meal by meal eg meal 1... meal 2... etc etc
winstrol for 12 weeks is bad and not the best choice for a first cycle, test only is great
many of the online pharmacies are a no go
mt advice would be to try some of the great supps this board has alnog with a solid diet first, before thinking about aas
 
My Meals are;
1 Oatmeal w/ 50 grms pro
2 whole wheat turkey chicken samich
3 Banana and mixed nuts
4 Grilled chicken or turkey
5 pro shake 50 grm
workout
6 pro shake 50 grm
I have tried nitrix but I was on a lower cal diet w/out much protien

stay as far away from them as you can,for as long as you can.
Once you cross to the darkside you can never go back.

You want to keep all your gains? Have no side effects? :rolleyes:

Thanks for your concern but I dont see it as the darkside anyway its bee 30 yrs away from them. Plus I have no desire to get huge or compete.
 
lets face it you 190 17% bf
getting down to 8% bf and gaining 20lbs of muscle
means you will stat around the same weight 190lbs

how long you been lifting?
You do every body part correct? Squats,deads, presses included?
 
I love the back woods juicers that don't know shit. I just love when people come to the site telling us what there dumb ass juicer friends have to say. Shows how fucking dumb they are and why the media is having a field day with them.

losing 10% bf + gaining 20 pounds of muscle. without losing gains + no sides = impossible

Im just about to do my first run and it is goin to be test. also ive researched my ass of for about 8 months and am grateful i did before diving in head first.
try cardio to loose fat and then try gaining muscle with food supplements.

but with out sides need to? i believe the results would be possible but with out sides i thought was unrealisric

Losing the fat is not the problem, I can lose in around 6 weeks but about 3 months ago I started to eat an additional 500-750 cal per day thinking thats the problem, NO DICE just put on 20 lb of fat
 
where they a clean 750 cals? with that diet you posted up 20lbs of fat in 12weeks is alot, is that including booze?, have you added up your daily macro intake? ie. fat% carb% protein%

CHAZK I lifted startinh in H/S got married kids fat, started again in 2005 and I think I lift correct no momentum or anything

Mostly clean minus a beer or two here and there. I did get sick in the middle of all that and no workouts for 3 weeks. Speaking of is it ok to workout sick?

yes & no. not a simple answer. this really depends on alot of factors such as p/c/t (do u know what this is), compounds used for the cycle, genetic limits, intensity in the gym, diet, etc.

you need another meal after your post wo shake. you need vegies also, lots of green vegies. maybe add a salmon and green veg meal. if you dont have you diet right you will just waste the aas. diet is the key

Its hard to say every one gains differant. i have been training for 1 year and six months and i have gone from 160 to 207lbs with 9% bf atm,but i learnt from the start how to do things right and thats why i have had great gains. dude i eat 8 meals a day i train 6 days a week but i train smart and dont over train and i get 7-8 hours sleep most nights maybe a afternoon nap here and there. what im trying to say is if you cant get these things down then you are not gonna get much out of steroids

not entirely, if he trains to optimum performance keeps his diet up and does it just right with the correct amount of knowledge along with maybe some HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - durring and a great PCT - post cycle therapy - he's golden

I dont know much about him but one of the primary rules of training is we are not prisoners of our genes. he could have fantastic genes and not utalizing them to their full potential.

I dont know a whole lot about AAS but I do know a shit load about fitness and I know given the right amount of time that is possable even with out AAS and given the added help with a good PCT all he would have to worry about is keeping his gains.

ok I just read the part about the no sides...well thats always a possability.
 
I talked with a guy I work with and he said Testosterone Enanthate 250 with winstrol. Test Enanthate cause its the cleanest test he says? Thoughts?
