Never dieted before need help....

What's up guys I am posting this cuz I will be going on a cruise and leaving on April 12. For the cruise I want to be pretty shredded, mainly I would just like to have a six pack sticking out.

I have been training for about 4 years and I am smart,, meaning I know what is good to eat and not good. Right now I am in mid cycle taking Fina and sustanon. I am eating about 7 times a day and about 2 of those meals being protein shakes. I am also taking glutamine before and after workout and before bed.

Right now I am 6'3" 215lbs and I would say around 12%bf.

I have my top 4 abs already there just need the bottom 2 to come out. I am naturally pretty cut up and vascular as it is but I want to have the complete hard look...I am eating a lot of chicken, steak and pork for the majority of my meals..

I am not doing any cardio right now cuz, I want to put on about another 15-20lbs in the next month.... Then about 4 weeks before I leave start doing cardio... But, I do not know what else to do ...or eat differently......If someone can give me advise I would greatly appreciate it..
 
do a search for CKD, also there are some stickies at the top of the page, this is probably the most popular type of diet on these boards.
 
Ab definition is going to be a function of bodyfat. The GREAT thing about tren is losing muscle mass is very hard to do, I've heard of guys going 1-2 full days without eating a thing for a few weeks and not losing much muscle at all (dont do that obviously).

If your set on putting on 15-20 pounds before cardio then make SURE they are LEAN POUNDS and this isnt an issue..adding muscle+keeping fat the same = lower bodfat = abs show.

If you want to start losing fat now, cut carbs then a few weeks before the trip cut fats (not completely, just fairly low levels of both). Good luck.
