Neurogenex

New member
well, its been 5 days so far, and i must say im extremely impressed with this product... most noticably the increase in the sharpness and clarity of my vision... im doing 3am and 3pm, as fonz suggested to load the 2 oxo... i will definitly be purchasing more but so far... increased memory somewhat (i know it will take longer for the true effects to take place), my brain seems to be able to think much more clearly and im able to articulate much more efficiently... im a big, sarcastic smartass... so the increased abilitly to throw polysyllabic words at my friends has taken my goofy sense of humor to another level... kudos to MP Technologies for another fantastic product and the wonderful staff over at the AF store to get these quality products out to their customers in a very timely fashion. great job gents!

bump once again for MP Tech and the AF store... top notch products and service... anyone on the fence or thinking about it, trust... i dont have a ton of meaningless posts... but ive been around for quite a while... you will absolutely get what you pay for and then some with MP Tech products from the Af store.

There any side effects to this? Or any long-term possibility for damage?

Short answer: No.

Long answer: No. In the long term, substances like vinpocetine may actually increase mental health and overall cerebral well-being.

There any side effects to this?typically no, though some (a very limited # of) people may experience naseua or headaches which can be caused by nootropics either through high levels of acetylcholine and/or dopamine. This can almost always be rectified by lowering dosage. some people may experinece mild sleeplessness or reduced sleep, though in most of those cases they feel great, just sleep less- so some may deem that a good side effect (essentially sleep is more productive, so less is required)

Or any long-term possibility for damage?
NO, in the long term there are really only benefits. With potential for substantial restoration of neurological function, even NEW neuronal activity and innervation. With extended or heavy use (especially with a low fat diet) some people may find that they need to take days off (6on/1-2off or low dose for a couple days- ie single cap) or at the very least to supplement additional choline either from food, supps or lecithin)

I love this stuff, and yes, there is no question it works. I would take 6 a day if I could afford it. Macro, optimally, what would you add to Nrgxn besides Seligliline, Hydergine and Alcar? I'll have to pm you once I get to the point of being able to afford the Selg/Hyder stack for dosages...

But in addition to that, what would you add, your first, second choice, etc..

hydergine is cheap and you can get OTC, it's selegiline which is trouble...
Nrgnx + Hydergine + Selegiline is a very synergistic 'smart' combo, I doubt you will need anything else - it will only prove superfluous...

there are actually other alternatives to selegiline as far as dopaminagens go..

yes. i've been on Neurogenex for two weeks and i've noticed nothing either beneficial or detrimental. i've been doing 2-3 per day. i'll finish the bottle and keep monitoring, but nothing so far.

my memory and ability to focus have really suffered over the past few years so i was very enthusiastic about trying this product. so far i'm disappointed.

you may need a higher dose if that is the case

try bumping it up to 4-6 (if you dont notice anything from that your neurological deficit may be from a mechanism not covered by neurogenex- though those are very few)

hey, i don't like the way you said that- neurological deficit. makes it seem like i rode the short bus to school or something. my mommy told me i was just "special."

ok, i'll try more.

it was not intended that way, though your interpretation was quite amusing and creative-- maybe it is working already :p

btw- excuse appalling sense of humor

Hay! I rode the yellow short bus to school, better known as the tard cart. It's made for people with special needs. There are many reasons why people ride the retard bus.

Selegiline gives false positive for amphetamines, or so I've heard.

Might have to go through drug test myself.

Are any of the ingredients in neuro subjective to show up in any type of blood analysis?

What about hydergine?

Thanks

re: hydergine-??

drug test... the type of test I might be runing in the future are class 3 test that are done to airplane pilots as well as staff that works on land (cardiovascular system, digestive system, eyes, blood test, urine test etc 2 hours or so). They want to know everything, and I dont think they would find it funny if I was taking prescription meds without one. But then again dont know the chances of them being so specific. Dont know if they test for aas either

i aced my sociology final without really studying. i was able to remember everything in class...i've gone through a bottle in that timespan and my memory is alot better. I have a problem forgetting little things (keys, etc) but that has seemed to stop too. lastly..i feel happier.
thats about it

good product

I feel ya. I also take Ritalin for ADHD and I like taking Neurogenex better than the Ritalin. Although it is not as good as promoting the "DO" stuff mode like the Ritalin does, but that is a different matter and lately taking the ritalin makes me feel like shit. I also notice a very noticable HAPPIER feeling while taking Neurogenex. It makes me want to not be a lazy ass.

Has anyone had experience with using neurogenex for standardized exams? Is there a correlation between people in the highest scores and the use of neurogenex? Wait...who makes neurogenex? I'm guessing whoever makes it has studies on this. I'd love to see them! so pass them along if you get the chance.

Can someone please explain to me how this substance works at the neurochemical level? I'm curious as to its mechanism of action in vivo. Best wishes,

Tri

Neurogenex is a brand name not a chemical.
If you wanted to read a study on the effects of caffeine you wouldn't look up the research on Starbucks. You'd look up caffeine.
So what you should do is go to Neurogenex.net get a list of the many ingredients and then search the literature on them at PubMed at the National Institute of Health website. The research is pretty extensive.

Macro, what are the min - max dosages from which you have heard of people reaping benefits from Neurogenex ?

2-8 caps/ day

individual needs and response varies. Older individuals typically use higher doses (4-8) though some of them, for a variety of reasons may also respond to lower doses.

I take 2 in the morning and 2 before I workout. My training partner takes 6, but I feel fine with 4. You really can feel the focus before your workout and my thoughts seem less muttled. I had to take off a week due to surgery and I could really tell the difference of not taking it.

How long must you use it for optimal effects? I'm gonna try it so I can be "primed" for a bar exam at the end of July. thx

Macro,

Received my 2 bottles, and am on day two. Taking 2 caps on an empty stomach upon waking before cardio with my T-rex, the 2 caps about an hour before dinner. I have noticed that after just a day and a half, that my vision seems a bit sharper. Also, I have always had a bit of a problem focusing on just one task at a time, and it seems to be just a bit easier on the Neurogenex. Have others had such a quick response to it, or am I just seeing a placebo effect????

I'm about a week and a half into it now and can really tell a difference. It's funny you bumped this thread because today was the first day that I was totally in a zone. I was focused all damn day at work. I think it just hit me today, I can't wait until the others kick in a few weeks from now. I even woke-up this morning fresh & ready to go. I read other users stating that they felt fresher in the morning without much lag, and I didn't feel this until this morning.

Can't wait until tomorrow...!
